钢筋混凝土烟囱爆破切口位置设计探讨

摘　　要：根据多座烟囱成功爆破案例,对钢筋混凝土烟囱爆破拆除设计和施工经验进行了总结,分析探讨了烟囱爆破切口位置的确定依据、井字梁及圈梁拆除与否对烟囱坍塌的影响、爆破切口位置及大小对烟囱倒向的影响,并介绍了出灰口门的封堵方法及烟囱的预拆除方法,可为类似工程的爆破拆除提供参考。According to a number of successful blasting cases, experiences of design and construction of blasting demolition of reinforced concrete chimney were summarized and the basis of blasting cut site, the effect of whether the well-shaped beam and ring beam demolished or not on collapse of the chimney, and the effect of the position and size of chimney blasting cut on the chimney toppling direction were discussed. The methods of plugging ash outlet door and pre-demolishing the chimney were introduced also. It could provide a reference for similar projects.
