摘　　要：目的:研制口腔全景摄像装置中心定位检测模具,使检测口腔全景摄像装置在摄像时口腔咬合点处于中心对称位置,防止中心偏移带来的几何失真。方法:采用有机玻璃和钢珠材料,将钢珠等间距、等高排列并嵌入在有机玻璃内制作成的口腔模具中进行摄像,通过分析摄像图片的钢珠分布图来确定中心位置。结果:通过对口腔模具摄像,能够检测和确定口腔全景摄像装置的中心位置。结论:该模具作为中心定位质量控制器具填补了当前国内空缺,可为今后开展口腔全景摄像装置质量控制检测工作打下良好的基础。Objective：We developed a centralized positioning mould for dental panoramic machine, to ensure the bite point in the center of the dental panoramic machine,in order to avoid geometric distortion by off-centering.Methods： The material of PMMA and steel ball were used for manufacturing the mould, where the steel ball equally spaced and altitude embeded in PMMA. By the analysis distribution of steel ball in the mould image, we can fix the central position of the machine.Results： By imaging the mould, we can conveniently test and determine the center position of manchine.Conclusion： As the centralized positioning quality control device, this mould fill the blank in China, and this work also lay the foundation for the further work in the quality control of the dental panoramic machine.
