摘 要:介绍了高瓦斯矿井山西兰花科创集团玉溪煤矿瓦斯抽放设计。根据玉溪矿瓦斯赋存特性和矿井建设特点,确定了玉溪煤矿瓦斯抽放设计:采用穿层钻孔抽放与本煤层预抽、掘前预抽与边采边抽、边掘边抽及采空区抽放相结合的综合抽放技术。首采工作面布置顺层交叉密集钻孔进行采前预抽、边采边抽,从而缩短抽放时间;掘进工作面采用穿层钻孔预抽;采空区采用埋管抽放法;并设计了建井期间矿井瓦斯抽放方案。在此基础上,预测了矿井瓦斯抽放量,可为类似新建高瓦斯矿井的瓦斯抽放设计提供参考。Introduces the gas drainage design in the high gassy mine of Shanxi Lanhua Sci-Tech group Co.Ltd Yuxi coal mine.According to the gas occurrence regularity and mine construction characteristics in Yuxi coal,the gas drainage design was determined as follows pre-drainage using cross-seam and in-seam holes,drainage before tun-neling and during mining,combined the drainage during tunneling with goaf drainage.The in-seam cross bedding intensive drillings were layouted in the first mining face to pre-drainage the gas before mining operation,and drain-age during mining to shorten the drainage time.The pre-drainage was operated using the cross-seam holes in the tunneling face.The goaf gas was drainaged by buried pipes.And designed the drainage schemes of mine construction period.On these bases,the mine gas drainage volume was predicted.Provides the reference for the gas drainage de-sign of the similar new high gassy mine.
