摘　　要：智能配电网形势下,一、二次设备更加先进,运行方式越来越复杂,相应安全管理工作更加困难。聊城4.12人身事故为智能配电网的安全管理工作敲响警钟。本文结合4.12人身事故的案例分析,指出智能配电网运行、施工中的安全隐患,结合生产实际提出防范措施及整改意见。Under the situation of smart distribution grid ,primary electrical and secondary electrical equipment are more advanced ,mode of operation is more and more complex ,the corresponding safety management work more difficult. Liaocheng 4.12 accidents for the safety management of smart distribution network alarm. Analysis of combining 4.12 accident cases,put out the potential safety problems of smart distribution network operation,construction,combined with the actual production and puts forward measures of prevention and rectification.
