摘 要:针对传统数控机床故障检测技术难以及时发现潜在的设备问题,采用无传感器检测技术,利用工业计算机PCI接口插槽内插多种数据采集板卡的硬件结构,建立了一套机床信息采集测试系统,并在X/Y两轴数控工作台上进行了实验验证,结果表明该技术能够及时的发现机床故障,克服了传统检测方法外置传感器带来的安装不便、测试周期长、成本、通用性差等问题。A kind of sensorless detection technology is adopted in CNC machine according to the traditional fault detection technology is difficult to detect potential problems, established a CNC machine information detection system through using industrial computer PCI slot with different data acquisition card and compiling corresponding collection software. In order to verify the methods experiments were" done on X/Y two-axis CNC table. The results show that the technique for diagnosis fault of machine with rapid superiority, to overcome the traditional detection method of external sensor brings the inconvenience of installation, long testing cycle, cost, poor commonality problem.
