摘　　要：数字图像处理又称为计算机图像处理,它是指将图像信号转换成数字信号并利用计算机对其进行处理的过程。数字图像处理是许多学科的重要基础,广泛应用于军事、气象、交通等领域。本文介绍了图像处理的基本概念及BMP图像文件格式并对图像处理技术的国内外发展情况进行了介绍。Digital image processing is a process which changes image signal into digital signal and disposes it using computer. It is the important basis in many subjects, and widely used in military affairs, weather ,traffic and so on. This paper introduces the basic concept of image processing and BMP image file format and described the situation on the image processing technology and development at home and abroad.
