摘　　要：探讨了在全聚纺纺纱段加装热湿定捻装置对成纱质量的影响。通过分别纺制CJ29.2、16.4、9.7 tex 3种纱线,对所纺纱线毛羽、强力和条干进行测试。结果表明:纱线经过热湿定捻后有害毛羽明显减少,拉伸断裂强力显著提高,条干稍有变差,残余扭矩减少,捻度稳定性得到提高。In this paper, the effect of addition of heat and wet twist setter on the compact spinning section on the formed yarn quality is discussed. In the experiment, CJ29.2tex, 16.4tex and 9.7rex yarns are produced with their hairiness indexes, tensile properties and evennesses tested. The resuh shows that alter using the twist setter, the number of harmful hairiness is reduced, the tensile breaking strength is increased significantly, the evenness is little worse, the internal stress is released and the twist stability is improved.
