有机硅季铵盐在棉织物整理中的应用

摘　　要：使用叔胺基硅油(胺值约0.4 mol/mg)、无水乙醇、苄基氯(三者用量配比为7∶60∶90),在温度为70℃、合成时间为6.5 h下合成季铵盐型有机硅油,将其乳化呈稳定乳液后,用于织物的整理。通过测定织物的柔软性、白度、吸水性、耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度等,对其应用性能进行评价。最终优化出有机硅季铵盐整理织物的最佳工艺条件。In this paper, organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt oil was synthized by use of tertiary amino silicone oil （amine value of about 0.4tool/g） , anhydrous alcohol and benzyl chloride （ the ratio of the three is 7： 60： 90） at the temperature 70℃ , for 6.5 h. After stable, the emulsion was used for fabric finishing. The determination of fabric softness, whiteness, water absorption, color fastness after abrasion and soaping washing is used to evaluate its performances. Finally the fabric finish process parameters by use of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt are optimized.
