摘　　要：介绍了一种可应用于4罗拉紧密纺的SX2-6833E新型上销,在运行稳定性、工艺调节等方面与传统上销进行了对比分析。在4罗拉网格圈型紧密纺改造的EJM128K型细纱机上纺制CJ11.7 tex和13.1 tex 65/35 T/CJ纱,并对所纺纱线性能进行测试。结果表明,与传统上销相比,SX2-6833E新型上销有利于降低纱线条干CV、CVb和成纱粗节、细节,成纱质量明显提高。In this paper, application of a new type of SX2 -6833E top pin in four-roller compact spinning is studied with operational stability and process adjustment compared with traditional top pin. CJII. 7tex and T/CJ 65/35 13. ltex yarns were spun in EJMI28K lattice apron compact spinning frame of four-roller with their performances tested. It shows that the new type top pin carl reduce yarn evenness CV, CV1, and yarn thick and thin places, improved the yam quality.
