吉林省中部城市群城市区位与区域均衡发展关系研究

摘　　要：以吉林省中部城市群为研究对象,从城市区位对区域均衡发展产生影响的角度,在构建城市区位测度指标及区域均衡性测度指标的基础上,对2000年以来吉林省中部城市群县级城市区位与县域间发展的均衡状况进行时空演变分析,探讨二者内在影响机制。研究表明,近年来,区域经济重心、人口重心均逐渐向长春靠近;吉林省中部城市群区位偏离度总体变小,城市区位趋优;城市群发展尚处于单中心极化阶段,区域经济与人口要素在首位城市集聚明显;广域范围趋于扩散,特别是2005年以后,县域经济、城乡人口数量差距反而减小;影响城市区位与区域均衡发展状况的内在原因是城市能级的此消彼长的变化。Take Jilin central urban agglomeration as research object , from the angle of the effect of city loca-tion on regional balanced development , and by constructing measure index of the city location and regional balance index , the paper analysis time and spatial evolution of central urban agglomeration ’ s county level city location and development between counties since the year of 2000 , trying to explore the internal influence mechanism .The re-sults show that , in recent years , the regional economic center , population center are all gradually near to Chang-chun;the city location deviation overall decreased and goes well .The urban agglomeration is still in single center polarization phase , the phenomenon of regional economic and population element agglomeration in the primate city is obvious;but from the view of wide area , the elements tends to disperse , especially after the year of 2005, the e-conomic gap between counties and the population between urban and rural areas all decreases .The study indicates that the internal impact on city location and balance of regional development is the shift change of the city level .
