朱南孙促卵助孕汤治疗卵巢功能障碍性不孕症经验

摘　　要：不孕症是妇科医生较常见的问题,而临床上又以卵巢功能障碍所致者多见。笔者有幸随沪上名医朱南孙老师学习,朱老运用自拟促卵助孕汤治疗本病起到满意效果。朱老遵循"审因辨证,治病求本"的治疗原则,治疗卵巢功能障碍性不孕症以肝肾为纲,肝肾同治以促孕。朱老运用肝肾同治、虚实分治、审因论治的方法,使患者的受孕率大大提高,在临床上具有重要的指导意义。Infertility is a common problem for gynecologist clinicians and the infertility caused by ovarian dysfunction is more common in clinic. The author is very lucky to have the opportunity to learn from professor ZHU Nansun who is a very famous doc- tor in Shanghai. Professor ZHU used the self - made Culuan Zhuyun Decoction to treat this disease and has obtained the satisfacto- ry results. Professor ZHU follows the principle of searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment and she always emphasi- zes that treating both liver and kidndy is the key to treat the infertility caused by ovarian dysfunction. Professor ZHU uses the method of treating both liver and kidndy and differentiating deficiency and excess and ascertaining the cause to determine the treatment. The patient~ fertility rate is greatly improved and it has the important guiding significance in clinical practice.
