摘　　要：文章通过对宗气来源的探讨阐述了调理宗气治疗冠心病的理论基础和临床体会,总结了气血、营卫、心肺与冠心病的关系,并由理论基础和长期的临床经验提出了补宗气,调气血,和营卫,治心肺的治疗体会。为临床治疗冠心病提供了新的思路。This article discussed the treatment of coronary heart disease （ CHD ） by regulating Zongqi through exploring the source of Zongqi and summed up the relationships of Qi and blood, Ying and Wei phases, heart and lung and CHD and proposed to tonify Zongqi, regulate Qi and blood and harmonize Ying and Wei phases and treat lung and heart based on the theoretical foun- dation and long - term clinical experience, providing a new thinking for the clinical treatment of CHD.
