摘　　要：目的:观察中药煮散治疗小儿泄泻的效果。方法:多中心研究,3个分中心分别依据患儿的就诊顺序,随机将患儿分为治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组根据中医辨证分型,选用煮散水煎服;对照组给予思密达口服。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,在平均住院日、第4天、第5天痊愈率和第4天、第5天食欲正常率方面均优于对照组,差异有显著意义。结论:中药煮散治疗小儿泄泻临床疗效较好。Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine boiling powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods：A muhi-center study was carried out. In 3 center, according to the visiting sequence, the children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment group according to TCM syndrome dif- ferentiation used the boiling powder decoction and the control group was given Smecta orally. Results ： The average hospitalization days, the cure rate of fourth days and fifth days, appetite normal rate of fourth days and fifth days in the treatment group were bet- ter than those of the control group and the difference was significant. Conclusion：The Chinese herbal medicine boiling powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea has better clinical efficacy.
