玉屏风散治疗单纯性肾病综合征儿童继发性免疫功能低下临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨单纯性肾病综合征(SNS)患儿继发性免疫功能低下采用玉屏风散进行临床治疗的效果。方法:随机选取该院2010—2012年收治的50例SNS继发性免疫功能低下患儿,随机将患儿分成对照组与观察组,对照组患儿通过泼尼松进行治疗。观察组患儿在基础上采用玉屏风散治疗。结果:观察组治疗后在疾病复发与并感染方面低于对照组,治疗后IgA、IgG水平改变显著高于对照组患儿。结论:SNS患儿采用玉屏风散进行治疗,能够促进SNS患儿的免疫情况得到明显改善,继发性复发与感染的概率得到明显降低,具有极大的应用价值。Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng Powder on children with secondary low immu- nity. Methods ：50 cases of SNS children with low immune function in our hospital during 2010--2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated by Prednisone. Children of observation group add- ed Yupinffeng Powder. Results ：The recurrence of the disease and infection of observation group after treatment in were lower than those in the control group. After treatment, the IgA and IgG levels were significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion： Yupingfeng Powder can promote immune status of children with SNS obviously and promote the probability of secondary recurrence and the infection is significantly reduced. It has great application value.
