推拿挤痧治疗小儿风热型咳嗽疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察推拿配合挤痧治疗小儿风热型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：符合诊断标准87例患者随机分为推拿挤痧组和中药内服组。推拿挤痧组（41例）：取穴：肺经、风门、天河水、肺俞、大椎。操作：清肺经300次、清天河水300次、按揉风门2~3 min、揉按肺俞2~3 min,然后挤捏大椎、肺俞以出痧为度。1次/d,4次为1个疗程。中药内服组（46例）：口服小儿清热止咳合剂,3~15 mL/次,3次/d,4日为1个疗程。1个疗程后,比较两组的临床疗效。结果：推拿挤痧组、中药内服组的治愈率、总有效率分别为78%（54%）、95%（87%）。两组治愈率比较推拿挤痧组优于中药内服组（P〈0.05）,两组总有效率比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：推拿结合挤痧治疗小儿风热型咳嗽疗效明显优于中药内服,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of massage and squeezing Sha in treating children wind - heat cough. Methods ：87 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomized into a massage and squeezing Sha group and a Chi- nese medicine group. The massage and squeezing Sha group （41 cases） seleted the acupoims：lung meridian, Fengmen, Tianhe- shui, Feishu and Dazhui. Operation：clearing the lung meridian and Tianheshui 300 times;pressing and kneading Fengmen and Feishu 2 ~ 3 min;squeezing Dazhui and Feishu;once a day ,4 days for one period of treatment. The Chinese medicine group （46 cases） took children heat cough mixture orally with 3 - 15mL for each time,3 times a day,4 days for one period of treatment. Af- ter treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results ： The cure rates and total effective rates of the two groups were 78% and 54% ,95% and 87%. Compared the cure rate of two group,the massage and squeezing Sha group was better than that of the Chinese medicine group （P 〈 0. 05）. The total efficiency of two groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Massage and squeezing Sha in treating children wind - heat cough is obviously better than that of traditional Chinese medicine and it is worthy of clinical application.
