耳穴压籽法中按压力量与耳穴效应关系的探究

摘　　要：目的:研究用不同力量按压耳穴对耳穴效应的影响。方法:对30名健康受试者用不同力量按压其左侧耳穴神门3 min,同时测量右侧耳穴神门皮肤温度并持续23 min,观察并记录变化情况。结果:轻按和重按左侧神门之后,右侧神门温度变化趋势组间差异不显著(P=0.114),轻按组耳廓温度上升幅度较之重按组大,比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:轻压耳穴,耳廓温度以上升为主;重压耳穴,耳廓温度以下降为主。Objective：To investigate the influence of pressing seeds on auricular acupoints with different ibrces on its effect. Methods ：Thirty healthy volunteers＇ left ears were pressed respectively with auricular acupoint seeds on Ear- Shenmen （TA17）. Different forces were applied for 3 minutes each＇ time by plastic clips, while auricular skin temperature of contralateral Ear - Shen- men （TAI 7 ）was recorded per minute with digital thermometer and the duration lasted for 23 minutes. Results：There was no sig- nificant difference in right Ear-Shenmen（TAl7）skin temperature variation trend after pressing Ear-Shenmen （TA17）with light and heavy force respeetively（P = 0. 114）. Compared with applying heavy force, the auricular temperature significantly increased after light pressing（ P = 0.002 ）. Conclusion ： Pressing with light force on auricular aeupoint has the effect of rising auricular tem- perature, while heavy force lowering.
