消疮饮活血化瘀、改善微循环作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨消疮饮治疗痤疮的药理作用,从活血化瘀、改善微循环方面阐明其作用机制。方法:采用肾上腺素皮下注射和浸冷水的方法造成大鼠血瘀模型,采用肾上腺素直接滴注小鼠肠系膜的方法造成小鼠微循环障碍模型,并设置对照组,通过对比观察不同剂量的消疮饮及阳性药物灌胃后对大鼠血瘀模型血液流变学的影响及对肾上腺素所致小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的影响,评价中药消疮饮的作用。结果:消疮饮低可明显改善肾上腺素所致大鼠血瘀模型的血液流变学指标,明显增加小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍模型的微动脉的流态、增加微动脉的流速和增大微动脉的管径。结论:消疮饮具有活血化瘀、改善微循环作用。Objective ： To study the pharmacological effects of Xiaochuang Decoction in the treatment of acne and from promo- ting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and improving microcirculation to clarify its mechanism of. action. Methods：The blood stasis model of rat was induced by adrenaline subcutaneous injection and immersion in cool water. The mMel of microcircu- lation disturbance in mice was induced by dripping epinephrine on its mesenteriunl. And the control group as well as the positive drug group was made to observe the effects of different dosages of Xiaochuang Decoction after intragastric administration. We ob- served the influence on blood rheology of rat blood stasis model and the influence on mesenteric microcirculation in mice induced by adrenaline. Results ： Xiaochuang Decoction can obviously reduce the index of hemorheology,improve the adrenaline induced rat model of blood stasis and increase the micro artery flow and the arteriolar diameter. Conclusion：Xiaochuaug Decoction has the functione of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and improving microcirculation.
