柏叶汤中凉血止血药配伍机理的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨柏叶汤中凉血止血药对脾胃虚寒性出血大鼠模型的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为4组,正常组、模型组、柏叶汤去凉血止血药组及柏叶汤组,除了正常组以外,均采取饮食失节方法建立脾胃虚寒模型,共14 d。从第8 d开始,干预组分别给予柏叶汤(9 g·kg-1)和柏叶汤去凉血止血药(6 g·kg-1),模型组给予生理盐水ig,连续ig 7d,1次/d。第15 d,除正常组外采用乙醇灌胃法造成胃出血模型,在血液凝聚仪上检测血小板凝集性,在全自动血凝分析仪上检测PT和APTT值;同时检测血清Ca2+浓度;取溃疡部组织做病理切片,从病理学角度进一步观察。结果:凉血止血药的介入可提高大鼠血小板聚集性,缩短了大鼠凝血酶原时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间。但对Ca2+浓度无显著影响。病理学观察发现,给药组的组织病理学观察均较模型组明显减轻。结论:柏叶汤方中的凉血止血药的配伍机理在于止血。Objective ： To study the influence of the drug for cooling blood to arrest bleeding in Boye Decoction on the models of rats with bleeding due to spleen - stomach deficiency cold. Method： The experimental SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups ： normal control, model, Boye Decotion and herbs for cooling blood to arrest bleeding in Boye Decoction. The model of cold of insufficiency of spleen - stomach was made by intemperance of taking food for 14 days. Interventions started from the 8th day of modeling. The control group and the model group were given normal saline. Boye Decoction group was given the decoction at a dose of 9 g· kg - l daily. The group of herbs for cooling blood to arrest bleeding in Boye Decoction was given at a dose of 6 g · kg- i daily. All the interventions were given for 7 days. Detections of platelet aggregation, PT, AFFr and serum Ca2 ~ concentration were carried out. The pathology state was relieved more than that of model group. Conclusion：Mechanism of compatibility of the drug for cooling blood to arrest bleeding in Boye Decoction is hemostasis.
