益气活血法对盆腔炎性疾病炎性因子影响  

Effect of Reinforcing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Method on Proinflammatory Cytokine Release During Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

摘　　要：以Wistar雌性大鼠为实验对象,采用机械损伤加混合细菌感染法建立盆腔炎性疾病动物模型,运用益气活血法的3个优化组方对机械性损伤加混合菌感染法制备的模型大鼠进行治疗,观察各组大鼠治疗前后宫腔组织学改以及相关病理组织学检测,结果发现三组药物之间治疗作用没有明显统计学差异(P>0.05),均可有效抑制炎性子宫组织水肿及内膜腺体扩张,促进受损组织与细胞的形态结构及其生理功能的恢复,从而为益气活血汤剂在临床上的应用提供科学依据。Female Wistar rats as the experimental objects, the mechanical damage and mixed bacterial infection method has been used to establish animal model of pelvic inflammatory disease, then the rat model of the preparation of the mechanical dam- age and mixed infection was treated with three optimized prescription which aim at reinforcing qi and activating blood circulation. Before and after the rats were observed for the treatment of intrauterine histological change and histopathological detection, it is found that between the three groups of drug treatment there is no significant statistical difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） , and all could effec- tively inhibit the inflammatory uterine tissue edema and endometrial glandular expansion and promote the damaged tissue and cell morphology and physiological function recovery, and to provide the scientific basis for the application of reinforcing qi and activa- ting blood circulation method in clinic.
