摘　　要：从植物中寻找抗癌成分已成为现在探索抗癌新药的重要途径之一。中医古籍很早就已有用巴豆治疗肿瘤的记载,近年来对巴豆抗肿瘤的药理和临床等方面的研究已初步确定巴豆对胃癌、肝癌、大肠癌、甲状腺癌、卵巢癌、宫颈癌等具有一定的疗效,文章就对巴豆抗肿瘤的研究进行综述。The search for anti-cancer ingredients in plants has become one of the most important ways to explore new anticancer drugs. Ancient Chinese medical books have records of using crotons for tumor treatment long ago. In recent years, the pharmacological and clinical researches of croton＇s anti-tumor effect have preliminarily identified that croton has certain effect on gas tric cancer,liver cancer, colorectal cancer, thyroid cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and so on. This article reviewed the re search on croton＇s anti-tumor properties.
