摘　　要：从黑龙江森工林区开发新能源产业的实践,分析我国黑龙江省新能源利用情况,探讨森工林区开发的对策与措施,提出了按规划布局推进森工林区新能源产业开发,破解新能源发展瓶颈,通过招商引资寻求合作开发,完善森工林区新能源产业开发发展政策,完善新能源开发市场机制和管理措施。From the practice of new energy industry in Heilongjiang forest industry development , it analyzes the new energy utilization in Heilon^iang Province. The paper inquires into the ways and methods of forest industry development and puts forward the policy to promote the forest planning and the layout of the new energy industry development, breaking the bottleneck of the new energy, seeking the cooperation and development through invest- ment, improving the new energy industry development policy and the new energy market mechanism and manage- ment measures.
