摘　　要：基于中俄合作不断深化发展、俄罗斯加入世界贸易组织、黑龙江省政府提出加快建设"哈牡绥东对俄贸易加工区"的大背景下,在对牡丹江市各企业进行实地调研以及走访数据的基础上,分析了牡丹江市木材加工业在俄罗斯发展概况,提炼总结了其"跨境连锁加工"模式的新做法以及境外园区建设发展取得的成效,分析了牡丹江市木材加工企业在俄罗斯发展中面临的机遇与挑战,提出了有利于牡丹江市木材产业深化发展的政策,对木材企业发展提供一定的借鉴意义。Based on the deepening cooperation between China and Russia, Russia＇ s accession to the World Trade Organization, the government of Heilongjiang province proposing to speed up the construction of ＂Ha-MU- Sui-Dong on Russia trade processing zone＂, by the field research and data conducting in many enterprises of Mu- danjiang, this paper analyzes the development of wood processing industry of Mudanjiang in Russia, summarizes the new model of ＂cross-border processing chain＂ as well as the results of the outside park construction and devel- opment. Facing the opportunities and challenges of the development of Mudanjiang＇ s wood processing enterprises in Russia, this paper puts forward the policies conducive to the deepening development of wood industry in Mu- danjiang, which provides certain reference on the development of wood industry enterprises.
