中药烫疗联合冲和软膏治疗腰背肌筋膜炎92例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药烫疗联合冲和软膏外敷治疗腰背肌筋膜炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将260例腰背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组(92例)、对照1组(85例)和对照2组(83例)。治疗组采用中药烫疗联合冲和软膏外敷治疗,对照1组仅采用中药烫疗治疗,对照2组口服双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊治疗,疗程均为10天。观察治疗前后患者腰背部疼痛及活动的改变情况。结果:治疗组治愈59例,显效20例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率97.83%;对照1组治愈38例,显效19例,有效18例,无效10例,总有效率88.24%;对照2组治愈24例,显效20例,有效19例,无效20例,总有效率75.90%。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照1组,对照1组总有效率明显优于对照2组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药烫疗联合冲和软膏外敷治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效较好,且操作简便易行、安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective Observe the clinical effectiveness of myofascitis of the back region treated by using the cooperation of hot treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine and harmonious flow ointment.Methods Divide randomly 260 cases of patients with myofascitis of the back region into treatment group （92 cases）,control group 1 （85 cases）and control group 2 （83 cases）.The co-operation treatment of hot treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and harmonious flow ointment is used in treatment group;Hot treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is used in control group 1;Orally intake Diclofenac sodium dual release enteric -coated capsule for control group 2.The therapeutic period is 10 days.Evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness by observing the changes and activities of patients’lower back pain before and after treatment.Results In treatment group,59 cases are cured,20 cases are ef-fective,11 cases are good and 2 cases are ineffective,the total effective rate is 97.83%;In control group 1,38 cases are cured, 19 cases are effective,18 cases are good and 10 cases are ineffective,the total effective rate is 88.24%;In control group 2,24 ca-ses are cured,20 cases are effective,19 cases are good and 20 cases are ineffective,the total effective rate is 75.90%.The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group are much better than that of the control group 1 ,the difference between them is signifi-cant;The cure rate and total effective rate of control group 1 are better than that of the control group 2,the difference is significant （P＆lt;0.05 ）.Conclusion The cooperation treatment of hot treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and external application with harmonious flow ointment has the determined curative effect.The operation is easy and safe,and it is worth to clinically applied and recommended.
