摘　　要：江西省知识产权总量和质量无法匹配江西经济社会发展新要求,根源是激励的体制、机制、企业以及人才发展等因素所致;为此提出了创新知识产权模式,构建市场激励、事业激励和身份激励的协同,强化企业激励和社会激励。The quantity and quality of Jiangxi intellectual property right is unable to match on the new development requirements of Jiangxi economic and social, that the root is caused by the factors of incentive system, mechanism, enterprise and talent development. So, to put forward the innovation of intellectual property to build collaborative mode, market incentives, career incentives and identity incentives, strengthening enterprise motivation and social motivation.
