摘　　要：以某1000 kt/a PVC项目一期工程VCM装置的管道吹扫及冲洗为例,阐述工业管道吹扫及冲洗方案、步骤、重要参数的选择及主要注意事项,讨论吹扫及冲洗过程中遇到的问题及解决方法。Taking the example of pipeline purging and flushing of VCM plant of Anhui HuaSu 1000kt / a PVC project,this paper describes the industrial pipe purging and flushing programs,procedures,selection of important parameters and key considerations, and discusses the purging and flushing problems encountered in the process and the solutions.
