摘　　要：企业选择何种知识产权战略模式,受到技术创新的内外部条件和环境的影响。技术创新与知识产权战略模式之间存在互动关系。企业选取的知识产权战略定位,能够为确定理想的技术创新模式提供决策依据,而在特定的知识产权战略模式下,也存在相应的企业技术创新模式。What kind of intellectual property strategy mode shall be chosen is influenced by the intcmal and extcmal conditions of technological innovation and environment Technological innovation and intellectual property sWategy mode has mutual relationship. The selected sWategic positioning for intellectual property by enterprises, can provide a basis for decision making of the ideal mode of technology innovation, while in particular intellectual property strategy mode, there exists corresponding enterprise technology innovation mode.
