摘 要:目的研究铅接触工人的ALAD基因多态性与铅内暴露剂量之间的关系。方法采集铅接触组工人221人和对照组91人的外周静脉血和尿样,检测血铅(PbB)、尿铅(PbU)、血浆铅(PbP)、血清铅(PbS)和锌原卟啉(ZPP)浓度以及ALAD基因分型。结果铅接触组工人平均PbB、PbU、PbP、PbS、ZPP均高于对照组(P<0.05)。其中PbB、PbP、PbU、ZPP与车间铅浓度呈线性相关(P<0.05)。两组312名观察对象ALAD基因分型属ALAD1-2型共18人,其PbB、PbP、ZPP均值高于配对的18名ALAD1-1的对象(P<0.05)。结论在相同的职业外暴露环境下,ALAD2基因携带者能够增加个体的铅负荷水平,并可能对血液系统的毒性产生影响。Objective To explore the relationship between the Lead (Pb) internal exposure dose and ALAD gene polymorphism in workers exposed to lead. Methods Peripheral venous blood and urine sample were collected from 221 subjects in the lead exposed group and 91 subjects in the control group. Blood lead (PbB) , urine lead (PbU) , plasma lead (PbP) , serum Pb (PbS) , zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) concentration and ALAD genotyping were detected. Results The mean value of PbB, PhU, PbP, PbS and ZPP in lead exposed group were higher than those of control group, with significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The lead concentration in workshop was correlated to PbB, PbP, PbU and ZPP ( P 〈 0. 05). There were 294 subjects with ALAD1 -1 genotype and 18 subjects with ALAD1 -2 genotype in all subjects. The values of PbB, PbP and ZPP in subjects with ALAD1 - 2 were greater than those paired subjects with ALAD1 - 1 ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Under the same occupational external environment, ALAD2 gene carriers could increase individual lead load level, and could have an impact on the blood system toxicity.
