摘　　要：以沙雅县工业园循环化改造为例,结合园区产业链停留在粗加工、产业链较短、产业链之间联系较弱、产品附加值低、废弃物未充分利用等现状,从综合产业、轻纺织、天然气石化三大主导产业链入手,构建了全新的循环产业链及园区管理模式,并提出建立园区废物交换平台、园区循环经济研发及孵化中心、引入循环化改造统计与考核制度等管理措施。Taking Shaya county industrial park as an example, considering the present situation that industry chain was staying in the phase of rough machining, industrial chain was short, the connection between industrial chains was weak, the added value was low, and the waste was not fully used, built the newly recycling industry chain and park management mode： park waste ex-change platform, park recycling economy development and incubation center, and cyclic transfor-mation of statistics and evaluation system.
