摘 要:在对中国劳工问题的研究中,工人阶级的形成和工人阶级的抗议得到了研究者较多的关注,而工人的力量变化仅被作为影响工人行为的内在因素,较少得到直接地考察。本文以马克思主义经济学的视角为基础,综合既有文献将工人的议价力分为市场议价力、车间议价力和集体议价力三种类型。分析了资本积累的制度特征、技术类型等因素如何影响工人的议价能力。工人的议价力也会借助于特定资本积累体制的特征发生凝聚与变化,并对相应制度的转变提出要求。本文以此为基础探讨了2008年以来中国工人议价力变动的表现和原因。Among the studies on Chinese labor issues, the generation of the working class and their protests got re, ore attention from researchers, while little attention was paid to workers' power changes which were only re- garded as intrinsic factors that affected workers' behavior. Tnis essay , based on Marxism Economics and exist- ed essays, classifies workers' bargaining power into three types: market bargaining power, workshop bargaining power and collective bargaining power and analyzes how the characteristics of capital accumulation, technologi- cal types and factors affect the bargaining power of workers. Thanks to some characteristics of particular capital accumulation system, cohesion and changes may occur in workers' bargaining power and the transformation of related system is in demand. Based on the above, this essay discusses the performances and reasons of changes in Chinese workers' bargaining power.
