摘  要:目的探讨速度向量成像技术(VVI)评价高脂血症患者颈总动脉管壁运动特性及力学的临床价值。方法选取2011年10月~2012年10月在本院治疗的高脂血症患者32例,设为观察组,另选择同期健康志愿者31例,设为对照组。采用VVI技术对两组患者进行检测分析,并比较两组患者二维图像上前壁、内侧壁、后壁及外侧壁的收缩期Vmax、Smax及SRmax。结果观察组的IMT明显厚于对照组,Ds明显短于对照组,PSV明显慢于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组前壁、内侧壁、后壁及外侧壁的Vmax、Smax及SRmax均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论VVI技术能较好地评价颈总动脉管壁运动特征,可显示颈总动脉管壁的弹性特点,从而较好地评价高脂血症颈总动脉管壁运动特性及力学。Objective To investigate clinical value of velocity vector imaging in the evaluation of motion characteristic of carotid artery wall and mechanical with hyperlipidemia. Methods 32 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were se- lected from October 2011 to October 2012 in our hospital as observation group,another 31 healthy volunteers were se- lected as control group.VVI technique was used in patients of two groups,the peak systolic velocity,strain and strain rate of forward wall,medial wall,posterior wall and lateral wall in two-dimensional image in two groups was compared re- spectively. Results IMT of observation group was significantly thicker than that of control group,Ds of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,PSV of observation group was significantly slower than that of control group,with statistical difference (P〈0.05).Vmax,Smax and SRmax of the anterior wall,posterior wall,the medial wall and lateral wall in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Common carotid artery all motion characteristic can better evaluate VVI technology,can display the carotid artery wall elasticity characteristic,so as to can better evaluate hyperlipidemia carotid arterial wall motion characteristic and mechanical.
