摘 要:目的研究大鼠脊髓损伤后内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)mRNA表达的变化规律。方法建立大鼠脊髓压迫伤模 型,用逆转录聚合酶链反应法测定伤段脊髓组织 eNOS mANA的表达情况。结果正常脊髓组织内存在 eNOS mRNA 的表达,脊髓压迫伤后 eNOS mRNA表达迅速增强,在伤后 6 h达到高峰。结论 eNOS可参与脊髓组织正常的生理调 节,并可能在继发性脊髓损伤过程中起保护作用。Objective To explore the patterns of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) mRNA expression in injured spinal cord of rat. Methods Rat models of spinal cord compression injury were established and the expression of eNOS mRNA in the injured tissues was measured by means of reverse transcriptional polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results eNOS mRNA expression was detected in normal spinal cord tissue, which increased rapidly in response to the injury, peaking at 6 h after the injury. Conclusions eNOS takes part in the regulation of normal metabolism of the spinal cord tissue, and may play a protective role in the process of secondary spinal cord injury.
