参附注射液在感染性休克中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨参附注射液在感染性休克中的应用价值。方法选取本院2011年12月～2013年12月治疗的感染性休克患者65例，将其随机分为对照组（30例）和实验组（35例），两组均给予常规治疗，包括纠正酸中毒、监护一般生命体征、控制原发病、治疗感染、预防并发症、扩充血容量、多巴胺升压等，实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用参附注射液进行治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组总有效率为68．57％，高于对照组的40．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组血压恢复正常的时间为（18±7）min，对照组血压恢复正常的时间为（30±6）min，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论参附注射液能明显增加治疗感染性休克的疗效，缩短血压恢复正常的时间，具有良好的应用前景。Objective To analyze the application value of Shenfu injection in the treatment of septic shock.Methods 65 cases of patients with septic shock in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected,and were ran- domly divided into control group （30 cases） and experimental group （35 cases）.Both two groups were given conventional treatment,such as correct acidosis,monitoring of vital signs,the general control of the primary disease,treatment,preven- tion of infection complications,expansion of blood volume,dopamine booster etc.,while the experimental group was treat- ed with Shenfu injection on the basis of conventional therapy.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 68.57%,higher than 40.00% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The time of blood pressure re- turned to normal in experimental group was （18±7） min,was shorter than （30±6） min of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenfu injection can be used to the disease of septic shock and reduce the time of blood pressure returned to normal,it has a good prospect for application.
