摘 要:目的探讨规范化护理健康教育在发热门诊患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2012年6月~2013年6月发热门诊收治的患者1000例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各500例。观察组采用规范化健康教育方式进行宣教,对照组采用传统健康教育方式进行宣教。两组于宣教前后发放本院自制的《发热患者相关知识、态度、行为、用药情况调查表》,填完后当场回收。结果对照组患者宣教前后的发热知识知晓率、态度转变率、健康行为形成率、合理用药知识知晓率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而观察组患者宣教前后的上述指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者的宣教后相关知识、行为、态度、用药情况明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论规范化健康教育宣教可以为发热门诊患者提供科学、合理的护理健康和用药教育,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of standardized nursing health education for patients in fever clinic. Methods 1000 patients treated in fever clinic of our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group (n=500) and the control group (n=500).The observation group was given the observation group while the control group was given the traditional health education to mission. Homemade questionnaire of related knowledge,attitude,behavior,drug use for patients with fever of our hospital was is- sued in the two groups before and after education.The questionnaire was recycled on the spot. Results There was a sta- tistical difference of the rate of heating knowledge awareness,attitude change,health behavior formation,reasonable med- ication knowledge awareness in the control group before and after education (P〉0.05) while in the observation group, there was a statistical difference of indicators above-mentioned before and after education (P〈0.05);the situation of re- lated knowledge,behavior,attitude,drug use in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Standardized health education can provide scientific and reasonable health care and medication education for patients with fever in clinic.h is worthy of clinical promotion.
