微型骨锚钉结合掌指关节掌板紧缩术治疗爪形手畸形的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨微型骨锚钉结合掌指关节掌板紧缩术治疗爪形手畸形的效果。方法对本院收治的28例爪形手畸形患者进行手术治疗,将28例患者随机分为两组,A组采用微型骨锚钉结合掌指关节掌板紧缩术治疗,B组采用传统掌指关节掌板紧缩术治疗。结果 A组比B组治疗后手部外观及功能恢复更加满意,优良率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微型骨锚钉结合掌指关节掌板紧缩术治疗爪形手畸形,相比传统单纯掌板紧缩术有一定优势,手术失败率更低,术后手部外观及功能改善更加明显。Objective To explore the effects of the mini born rivet combined with volar plate constriction operation used in metacarpophalangeal joints to correct the clawhand talipomanus. Methods 28 patients with clawhand talipo- manus in our hospital for a treatment had a surgery,they were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in group A adopted mini born rivet combined with volar plate constriction operation used in metacarpophalangeal joints,and pa- tients in group B used the tranditional volar plate constriction operation. Results Hand function and appearance of pa- tients in group A were more satisfied than those in group B and were promoted obviously in fitness rate.There was sta- tistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compare with tranditional volar plate constriction operation,the application of mini born rivet combined with volar plate constriction operation use in metacarpophalangeal joints to correct the claw- hand talipomanus has more advantages.The operation failure rate is lower and the hand function and appearance of pa- tients improve obviously.
