摘 要:针对活性污泥法工艺污泥产量大的缺点,研究了投加微生物制剂对SBR系统中的污泥减量效果。在其他工艺条件相同的情况下,向3套系统中分别投加0%、0.006%、0.012%的微生物制剂,研究了3套系统中的污泥减量效果,并且考察了出水水质。结果表明,相对于未投加生物制剂的系统,投加了制剂的两个系统污泥减量比例分别为71.85%和74.42%,MLVSS/MLSS分别提高了0.08和0.12,浮游生物数量提高了33.64%和32.71%,同时其内源呼吸作用也得到了加强,并且投加微生物制剂后,出水COD、NH3-N、TP都有了明显降低,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的要求。In order to reduce the amount of sludge produced in water treatment of activated sludge process, it is researched that the sludge reduction effect of the microbial agents is used in the SBR system. The sludge reduction effects of three systems are compared in the same conditions in which preparation doses are 0,0.006% and 0.012% and the effluent quality is investigated. The results show that compared to the system with not adding biological agents, sludge production of the two systems with preparations reduction rates are 71.85% and 74.42% ,values of MLVSS/MLSS are increased by 0.08 and 0.12 respectively, plankton quantity increases 33.64% and 32.71%, meanwhile the endogenous respiration has also been strengthened. In the effluent of the three sets of devices, average values of COD, NH3 - N and TP have been reduced remarkably and the effluent meets the requirements of " Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater" ( GB 18918-2002).
