不同宫颈锥切方法治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：评价两种不同手术方法治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析比较我院收治的200例患者临床资料，比较CKC和LEEP两种手术方法治疗CIN Ⅲ的临床疗效。结果 CKC术效果优于LEEP组，差异有高度统计学意义（ P〈0.01）。结论LEEP术出血少、手术时间短、易于被患者接受，但CK的复发率低于LEEP术。Objective to evaluate the clinical effects ofcKc and leeP in the treatment of cerv ical intraepithelial neoplasia iii .Methods aretrospective analysis of the clinical data was carrried out our hospital . the clinical effec ts of cKc and leeP in the treatment of cin iii were compared. Results the cKc was better than leeP , the difference was highly statistically signiifcant （P〈0 01.）. Conclusions alough fewer blood loss, shorter operation tmie and being acceptable for patients of leeP, recurrence rate is lower than the cKc leeP .
