护理干预对类风湿关节炎疗效影响

摘　　要：目的：观察临床护理干预对类风湿关节炎治疗的作用，并通过治疗组与观察组的对比研究，客观评价护理干预对类风湿关节炎的有效性及必要性。将根据简单随机、对照的临床试验原则，选入80例符合类风湿关节炎西医诊断标准以及中医辨证符合肝肾不足型和痰瘀痹阻型证候标准的病人。将80例患者随机分为两组，其中治疗组40例，以来氟米特片10mgBid po＋加减乌龙丹汤剂治疗；观察组40例，在治疗组基础上给予护理干预，疗程为12周。以acr20、acr50、acr70以及esr、crP评价疾病改善程度和病情活动情况。结果1.治疗后观察组acr50患者比例明显高于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；2.治疗后两组患者c-反应蛋白（crP）、红细胞沉降率（esr）与治疗前比较均有明显好转（P〈0.05）。结论在药物治疗基础上给予护理干预，可从心理、饮食、药物、护理上全面结合，可提高整体疗效，能增强患者战胜疾病的信心，改善患者生活质量。Objective to investigate the role of clinical nursing intervention on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis , and through comparative study of the treatment group and the observation group , an objective evaluation of the effectiveness and necessity of nursing intervention on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods according to simple random , controlled clinical trial principles , elected to the liver and 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in line with Western medicine and tcM diagnostic criteria and Phlegm Blockage meets insufficiency syndrome type standards . 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 40 patients , with lelfunomide tablets 10mgBid po＋subtraction Wulongdan decoction treatment;observation group, 40 patients received nursing intervention in the treatment group , based on the treatment for 12 weeks . With acr20, acr50, acr70 and esr, crP evaluate the degree of improvement in disease activity and disease . Results after treatment, the observation group 1 patients was signiifcantly higher than the proportion of ACR50 treatment group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P＆lt;0.05）;2 groups of patients after treatment c-reactive protein （crP）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and . before treatment were signiifcantly improved （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion given drug treatment based on nursing intervention can be fully integrated from the psychology , diet, medications, treatments , can improve overall efifcacy, patients can enhance the conifdence to overcome the disease , improve the quality of life of patients .
