摘 要:风力发电具有显著的节能减排效应,同时也会对荒漠化地区生态环境产生消极影响。首先分析了风力发电的建设对宁夏生态环境产生的积极和消极影响,并提出了降低消极影响的对策;其次以节能减排、防风固沙和土地增值、植被恢复及噪声污染等因素为重点,利用多因素综合分析法建立了宁夏风力发电生态环境效益模型;最后应用该模型以青铜峡牛首山风电场为例进行实证研究,结果验证了该模型具有合理性和准确性,同时表明该风电场给宁夏产生的生态环境效益约为0.15元/(kW·h)。Wind power generation has significant effect on energy -saving and emission -reduction, but also brings negative impacts upon the ecological environment of desertification area. Firstly,the positive and negative impacts of the wind power generation construction to the ecological environment in Ningxia were analyzed in this paper, and some countermeasures to reduce the negative impacts were put forward. Secondly ,the factors were emphasized on energy -saving and emission -reduction, sand fixation, land value increment, vegetation restora- tion and noise pollution, using the multi - factor integrated analysis the environmental benefits model of wind power generation is established to Ningxia. At last, it uses this model to analyze with the example of a wind farm,the results verified the rationality and accuracy of the model ,and also showed that the ecological environ- mental value this wind farm produces approximately reach 0. ]5 yuan/( kW ~ h).
