北疆城镇区域社会经济与绿洲生态系统协调发展评价

摘　　要：城镇区域社会经济与绿洲生态系统协调发展是区域发展的重要任务。文中以北疆14个主要城镇为例,深入分析了其发展现状,建立了社会经济与绿洲生态系统的综合评价指标体系,运用熵权法,引用协调度发展模型以及经济生态效益划分标准,定量分析了研究区域的社会经济与绿洲生态系统协调发展程度。研究结果表明:1)北疆城镇区域14个主要城镇的经济与生态系统协调发展度总体水平不高,平均协调发展度仅为0.46。2)社会经济效益与生态环境效益总体水平都较低,平均经济效益为0.21,平均生态效益为0.30。3)各城镇中属于经济环境同步发展的两个,经济主导环境滞后类型两个,其余均为经济滞后环境主导型。The coordination development evaluation for social economy-oasis ecological system in town region is the important task to the region development. In this paper,14 main towns in northern Xinjiang were choosen as the study area,the present development situation was analyzed deeply,the composite evaluation index system of social economy-oasis ecological system was set up,and the coordination development degree of social economy-oasis ecological system in study area was analyzed quantitatively by using the entropy weight method,the degree of coordination development model and the classification standard of economical ecological effectiveness.The results indicated that：（ 1） The overall level of the coordination development degree to the social economy-oasis ecological system was not high,the average value was only 0. 46,in which the development types of Karamay,and Changji were barely coordinating,the rest of the cities were all on the verge of coordinating.（ 2） Both of the general level of the effectiveness to the social economical and the ecological environmental were relatively low,the average economical effectiveness was only 0. 21,the average ecological effectiveness was 0. 30. Karamay ranked the first in the whole ecological and economical effectiveness,and Kuitun ranked the last one.（ 3） Two cities belonged to the type of the economic and environment synchronous development in the whole study area,two belonged to the type of environment lag behind the economic,and the other cities were the type of the economic lag behind the environment.
