摘 要:目的分析碎裂QRS波诊断陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的价值。方法选择住院治疗确诊为下壁心肌梗死,出院随访有完整心电图资料的患者106例为研究对象,观察碎裂QRS波、病理性Q波对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值,分析碎裂QRS波对诊断陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的价值。结果碎裂QRS波诊断陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的敏感性高于病理性Q波,碎裂QRS波与病理性Q波相结合诊断陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的敏感性更高。结论碎裂QRS波与病理性Q波相结合能明显提高陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的诊断率。Objective To analyze the value of fragmented QRS complex on the diagnosis of old inferior wall myocardial in-farction. Methods One hundred and six patients with hospital diagnosis of inferior wall myocardial infarction and had a com-plete followed-up ECG data were selected. The Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of fragmented QRS complex and pathologic Q wave of old inferior wall myocardial infarction was observed, and analyzed the value of fragmented QRS complex on the diagnosis of old inferior wall myocardial infarction was analyzed. Results The sensitivity of fragmented QRS complex in the diagnosis of old inferior wall myocardial infarction was higher than that of pathologic Q wave, and the sensitivity of fragmented QRS complex combined with pathologic Q wave in the diagnosis of old inferior wall myocardial infarc-tion was higher. Conclusion Fragmented QRS complex combined with pathologic Q wave can improve the diagnosis rate of old inferior wall myocardial infarction.
