摘　　要：目的：建立RP-HPLC法同时测定人参保肺丸中吗啡、磷酸可待因的含量。方法：采用ST PAK C18-ES色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5μm），以乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液（10：90）为流动相，流速1 mL·min-1，检测波长220 nm，柱温25℃。结果：吗啡、磷酸可待因浓度分别在6.22-99.52μg·mL-1（r=1）、2.03-32.48μg· mL-1（r=0.9998）范围内线性关系良好；平均回收率分别为95.8%、97.06%，RSD分别为2.72%、1.84%。结论：本法可同时测定人参保肺丸中吗啡、磷酸可待因的含量，检测快速，定量准确，可作为人参保肺丸质量检测的参照标准。This study was aimed to establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of morphine and codeine phosphate content in Ren-Shen Bao-Fei （RSBF） pill. The ST PAK C18-ES column （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-phosphate buffered solution （10︰90）. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 220 nm. The column temperature was 25℃. The results showed that the calibration curves of morphine and codeine phosphate were linear at the range of 6.22-99.52 μg·mL-1 （r = 1） and 2.03-32.48μg·mL-1 （r = 0.999 8）. The average recoveries were 95.8% （RSD = 2.72%） and 97.06% （RSD = 1.84%）, respectively. It was concluded that the method can simultaneously determine morphine and codeine phosphate content in RSBF pill. The detection was fast and accurate. It can be used as the reference standard for quality detection of RSBF pill.
