摘　　要：目的:通过分析小肠病治法的临床研究,旨在将传统中医临床实践与先进的方法学有机地结合,从而以客观数据概括中医小肠病的常用治法及小肠病主要病证的治法规律,为小肠腑病理论及其辨证证治规律提供理论依据,为下一步的临床研究奠定基础。方法:对584例患者进行临床调查,利用"中医药防治重大疾病临床个体化诊疗评价体系的研究"建立的"中医临床多维关系查询系统",进而分析小肠病的"病-症-证-方-药-效"等多维关系,利用Weka、Business Objects、SPSS等数据挖掘及统计方法联合应用,着重挖掘、分析小肠病证候、立法规律。结果:概括治疗中医小肠病的常用治法、小肠腑病主要病证的治法规律。结论:通过对小肠病常用治法的无尺度网络图分析,中医小肠病以理气、止痛、健脾、化湿、清热、平调寒热为主要治法,其次为散寒、活血化瘀、养阴增液、润肠通腑、消食导滞,基本与临床调查结果相符合。This study was aimed to further explore theory of small intestinal diseases and its principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment and lay the base for the clinical study, through the clinical research on the treatment of small intestinal diseases. Through the clinical survey among 584 patients, using ＆quot;Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） Clinical Multidimensional Relational Query System＆quot;, which was established by the research on the clinical individual diagnosis and treatment evaluation system on the prevention and treatment of diseases, to conduct the multidimen-sional relational analysis on small intestinal diseases＆#39; ＆quot;disease-symptoms-syndromes-therapy-medicines-effects＆quot;. Using data mining and statistical methods, such as WEKA, Business Objects, SPSS to mine and analyze the syn-dromes and symptoms. The results showed that commonly-used TCM methods on treatment of small intestinal dis-eases, therapeutic principles of main syndromes of small intestinal diseases were summarized. It was concluded that through scale-free network diagram analysis on the commonly-used treatment of small intestinal diseases, the main treatment methods included promotion the flow of qi, relieving pain, tonifying spleen, removing dampness, clearing away heat, mildly regulating cold and heat. And the treatment methods of dispersing cold, invigorating blood circula-tion and removing blood stasis, nourishing yin, moistening and loosening bowels, abductively dispersing food stagna-tion were also used. It corresponds with the results of clinical research.
