摘 要:目的应用快速检测方法对出现呼吸道症状的新兵行肺炎支原体(MP)抗原和抗体的检测,并探讨其临床意义。方法收集北京部队5个营区新兵中出现咳嗽、咳痰、流涕、咽痛等呼吸道症状的398例患者的咽部分泌物,应用快速培养法检测MP抗原,应用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)对腋温≥37.3℃或抗原阳性的新兵MP的IgM抗体进行检测,分析检测结果。结果 MP抗原阳性率4.27%;快速培养法检测MP抗原与IFA法检测同一患者相应的IgM抗体结果的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同籍贯、不同营区的新兵MP恢复期IgM抗体检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MP是成人呼吸道感染的重要病原体,快速培养法、IFA法能够提供早期诊断和治疗的依据,可以作为诊断MP感染的优选检测方法。Objective To detect mycoplasma pneumonia (MP) in recruits with respiratory symptoms by rapid detection method and analyze its clinical significance. Methods Samples were collected from 398 recruits with cough, expectoration, runny nose, sore throat and other respiratory symptoms in five camps around Beijlng. In the study, the antigen of MP was detected by rapid culture, and MP-IgM of the recruits with axillary temperature ≥37.3 degrees centigrade or positive antigen was detected by indirect immu- nofluorescence assay (IFA). In the end, the test outcomes were analyzed. Results The positive rate of MP antigen was 4.27%. There was a statistically significant difference between the rapid culture detection of MP and that of IFA detection in the same patient ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rates of MP-IgM in the recruits in convalescent from different regions and military camps were of no sig- nificant difference ( P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion MP is an important pathogen in respiratory tract infection of adult. Its rapid culture and IFA can provide evidence for early diagnosis and proper therapy, and may be the preferred methods to early diagnosis of respira- tory infection.
