膨润土绿液除硅的可行性研究

摘  要:将三种不同的膨润土与模拟绿液的碱性溶液相混合分别观测其沉降速率、沉降时间、吸附性能以及膨胀容,发现钠基膨润土具有良好的吸附性能和高的膨胀容,可作为一种良好的吸附剂,另外,采用硅钼蓝法、能谱分析法以及红外光谱法对钠基膨润土在碱性溶液以及模拟绿液的碱性溶液中的抗碱性能进行了研究,结果表明:钠基膨润土在碱性溶液中未检测出任何游离硅元素(包括二氧化硅以及硅酸盐),并且随着含碱量以及pH的增加,钠基膨润土中仍然没有硅酸盐溶出,重要的是,它能够吸附绿液中的硅元素,除硅率可达40%-50%。所以,钠基膨润土的吸附溶胀性能好,在绿液中硅元素抗碱性强,不仅不引入硅元素还可以去除绿液中的硅元素,可作为一种良好的除硅剂成分。Three different kinds of bentonite were mixed in simulated green liquor alkaline solution, then, its set- tling rate, settling time, the adsorption performance and the swelling volume were observed. In addition, silicion molybdenum blue photometry method, XPS and Infrared Spectroscopy were used in studying the releasing character- istics of silicon by Na-bentonite in simulated black liquor alkaline solution. The effects of alkali content and pH on the releasing characteristics of silicate were studied and XPS, Infrared Spectroscopy were used to detect silieion element's alkali insoluble property by Na-bentonite in simulated green liquor alkaline solution. The experiments show that Na-bentonite has no free silicon element( including silica and silicate)in simulated black liquor alkaline solution, and as the alkali content as well as pH increase, Na-bentonite still has no releasing silicate, More impor- tantly, it can absorb the silicon element, the removal of silicon element in the green liquor can reach 30% -40%. Therefore, Na-bentonite has a good adsorption performance and high swelling capacity. The silicion element's alkali insoluble property is strong, it not only can't introduce the silicon element but also remove the silicon element in the green liquor, So Na-bentonite can be a good component of silicon removal additive.
