岭南医学对针灸学的贡献

摘　　要：岭南医学作为地域色彩浓郁的中医流派之一,除了在中医内科、中医妇科、中医骨伤科等领域发展意义重大外,其对针灸学的贡献亦颇大。主要体现在:发明针灸器具,开创了九针最早源于岭南的历史;重视民间特色疗法,发展了蜂针、针挑、天灸等民间疗法;历代岭南医家善于运用针灸治疗疾病,著有不少专著,丰富、发展了针灸理论及临床,并形成了特色鲜明的针灸流派。岭南医学为针灸学的推广与传播做出了杰出贡献。Lingnan medicine, as one of the rich regional feature genres of traditional Chinese medicine, is significant for the development of various disciplines in traditional Chinese medicine. Except its contribution in the fields of Chinese internal medicine, Chinese gynecology, Chinese orthopedic, it has an outstanding contribution to acupuncture, mainly in：inventing acupuncture instruments, creating a history of nine-needle originated from Lingnan; paying attention to folk feature treat- ments, developing the bee needles, needle-pick, vesiculation and other folk remedies; ancient Lingnan physicians were good at using of acupuncture to treat diseases. With a lot of monographs, they enriched and developed the theory and clinical acupuncture. Then the distinctive genres were formed;Lingnan medicine has also made a huge contribution to the promotion and dissemination of acupuncture.
