积雪草及其复方防治肾纤维化的研究

摘　　要：积雪草具有清热利湿、解毒消肿之功效,其主要化学成分有三萜类、黄酮类、多炔烯类、挥发油类等。药理研究证实,积血草有明显的抗肾纤维化的作用。对积雪草及其复方的研究已从细胞分子学水平阐述了其防治肾纤维化的作用机制和优势:即能够调控多种细胞因子的表达,调节肾脏的局部免疫反应,从而减轻肾组织的损伤,延缓肾衰竭的进展。Herba Centellae has the effect of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis and detumescence by detoxitlcation. Its main chemical constituents are three terpenoids, flavonoids, volatile oil, alkene, alkyne, etc. Centella has obvious effect of anti renal fibrosis. Studies of Centella asiatica and its compound from cell molecular level describes the functions and advantages of the prevention of renal fibrosis. They can regulate the expression of various cytokines and the local immune response of kidney to reduce renal tissue damage and delay the progression of renal failure.
