飞经走气针法对循经感传现象的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨"飞经走气"针法对循经感传现象的影响作用。方法选取健康受试者30例,应用G6805-I型电针仪以20次/s的连续波分别刺激手、足阳明经的井穴,逐渐增加电流强度置受试者能耐受为度。当感传在关节处受阻时,按照飞经走气针法中青龙摆尾针法进行针刺,使感传继续,并进行记录。结果大多数受试者的循经感传在经过腕、踝、肘、肩、膝、髋等大关节时,可出现速度减慢或停顿的现象。结论 "飞经走气"针法在循经感传通过腕、踝等关节时有促进作用,具有"通关过节,催运气"的效果。Objective To explore the impact of ＂Feijing Zouqi＂ needling technique on the phenomenon of propagated sensa- tion along channels. Methods 30 cases of healthy people were selected to be stimulated the meridians of hand-Yangming and well points of the meridians of foot-Yangming with G6805-I type electro-acupuncture device （20 times/second with con- tinuous wave）. The intensity of current flows was gradually increased according to the subjects＇ tolerance. When sensation stuck in joints, the Dragon Wagging Tail method of Feijing Zouqi needling was applied to make sensation. The results were recorded. Results The propagated sensation along channels of most subjects may appear to slow down or halt when the flow passing through wrist, ankle, elbow, shoulder, knee, hip and other large joints. Conclusion Feijing Zouqi needling tech- nique can promote the flow of blood and Qi through the wrist, ankle and other joints.
