住院尘肺病患者生存质量调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的全面了解住院尘肺病患者的生存质量,为提高住院尘肺病患者生存质量提供指导。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和自行设计的尘肺病调查表,采用面对面调查方式收集205例住院尘肺病患者的调查数据,用EpiDate 3.1软件建立数据库,用SPSS 18.0软件对调查结果进行统计分析并对影响尘肺病患者生存质量的因素进行逐步回归分析。结果①住院尘肺病患者自身生存质量及自身健康状况主观感受较差;②住院尘肺病患者生存质量生理、心理、社会关系和环境领域得分明显低于常模(P<0.01);③年龄、尘肺期别、文化水平、住房满意度、受人尊敬程度、社会支持程度等是影响住院尘肺病患者生存质量的主要因素。结论住院尘肺病患者生存质量较差,不仅需要用治疗的手段缓解身体的疾病,也需要家庭社会环境给他们更多的帮助。[ Objective ] To fully understand the quality of life in inpatients with pneumoconiosis, provide the guidance for improving the life quality of them. [ Methods ] 205 inpatients with pneumoconiosis were interviewed by using the WHOQOL-BREF, PSSS and self-designed pneumoconiosis questionnaires. A database was established by software Epidate 3.1, and the software SPSS 18.0 was applied to analyze the obtained data and main influencing factors. [ Results] （~） The quality of life and subjective feeling of health condition in inpatients with pneumoconiosis were not satisfactory. （~）The average scores of physical, physiological, social and envi- ronment domains were significantly lower than the norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. （~）The main influence factors of quality of life in inpatients with pneumoconiosis included age, stage of pneumoconiosis, educational level, satisfaction toward housing conditions, respected degree, and degree of social support. [ Conclusion] The quality of life of inpatients with pneumoconiosis is poor. Not only do they need the treatment means to alleviate the diseases, but more help from family and social environment.
