摘　　要：目的了解某部队长期从事科研试验任务的青年官兵的血脂水平。方法对18 786人的静脉血中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)进行检测,并与中国人血脂指标的合适值范围进行比较。结果 TG合适范围的有17 959人,边缘升高的有827人;TC合适范围的有6 036人,边缘升高的有12 750人;HDL-C合适范围的有18 495人,降低的有229人,升高的有62人;LDL-C合适范围的有10 270人,边缘升高的有8 516人;在不同年龄阶段,血脂指标及LDL-C/HDL-C、ApoB/ApoA1的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着年龄的增长TG、TC、LDL-C、ApoB水平增高,而HDL-C和ApoA1水平下降。结论判断血脂异常不能只看参考值,应结合个体进行综合分析;本研究中虽无血脂异常升高的人员,但是存在边缘升高人员和低HDL-C人员;随着年龄的增长,TC与LDL-C的增高越明显。[ Objective] To investigate the levels of serum lipids in young officers soldiers who were engaged in scientific research for a long time in a troop. [ Methods ] 18 786 people were collected, to detect the levels of triglyceride （TG） , total cholesterol （TC}, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C }, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C }, apolipoprotcin A1 { ApoA1 ） and apo- lipoprotein B （ApoBI. The results were compared with the recommended data of Chinese serum lipids. [ Results ] 17 959 people had the TG level within the normal range, and 827 were increased slightly. TC level of 6 036 people was maintained within the nor- mal range, and 12 750 were increased slightly. 18 495 people had the HDL-C level within the normal range, while 229 were de- creased and 62 were increased. 10 270 people had the LDL-C level within the normal range, and8 516 increased slightly. There were significant differences in the serum lipid parameters, LDL-C/HDL-C and ApoB/ApoA1 among different age groups （ P 〈 0.05 }. With the growth of age, the levels of TG, TC, LDL-C and ApoB increased, while the levels of HDL-C and ApoA1 de- creased. [ Conclusion] The diagnosis of dyslipidemia cannot just be based on reference values, and should be in combination with the individual conditions to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Although no dyslipidemia case is found in this study, there are many people with slightly increased serum lipid parameters and lower HDL-C. With the growth of age, the levels of TC and LDL-C are in- creasing significantly.
