摘　　要：回顾了延续护理的内涵、延续护理的发展、下肢闭塞性动脉硬化症(ASO)患者对延续性护理需求现状及下肢ASO患者延续性护理需求的影响因素,包括心理因素、经济因素、饮食因素、治疗因素等、功能锻炼及社会和家庭支持等几个方面;并在此基础上提出了延续护理的发展方向,包括成立延续护理团队、规范延续护理内容、加大社会支持力度、完善相关法规,加强专业知识培训,预防并发症等。The paper reviews the connotation and development of continued nursing, the needs for continued nursing of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans （ ASO } of the lower limbs, and its influencing factors, which include psychological factors, economic fac- tors, dietary factors, therapeutic factors, function training, as well as social and family support. On this basis, the authors put for- ward the development direction of continued nursing, which it is urgent to set up the continued nursing team, standardize the con- tinued nursing content, strengthen the social support, perfect the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen professional knowledge training, and prevent complications.
